Terms of service
The rules of the sale, in plain words.
Last updated: 25 August 2026
1. Who you're buying from
You are buying from the trader identified on the legal notice, trading as Lunelle. Those are the details that count in any dispute, and that page is the only place we keep them so they cannot drift out of date.
By placing an order you accept these terms as they read on the day you order. We do not apply later changes retroactively to an order already placed.
2. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract exists when we send the dispatch confirmation. If we can't fulfil an order — stock, pricing error, or an address we can't ship to — we cancel and refund in full, and we tell you why.
3. Prices
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Promotional prices apply while shown; a countdown on the product page is a marketing device and does not create a right to that price after it ends. Obvious pricing errors are not binding on us.
4. Delivery
As described on the shipping page. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and risk passes to you on delivery.
5. Returns and cancellation
Our voluntary 30-day return policy is set out on the returns page. It sits on top of your legal rights, never instead of them.
6. Consumer guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss. Nothing in these terms limits that.
7. Using the product
The kit is a hair accessory for personal use. Don't use it on a child unsupervised, and stop using it if it irritates your scalp. Results described on this site are typical outcomes reported by customers, not a promise about your hair.
8. Reviews and content
Everything on this site is ours or licensed to us. If you send us a review or photo you let us publish it; tell us and we'll remove it.
9. Liability
We're liable for what the law says we're liable for. We're not liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by events outside our control.
10. If something goes wrong
Write to lunelle.shop.support@gmail.com first. Almost everything — a late parcel, a damaged kit, a refund that has not landed — is settled in one email, and we would much rather fix it than argue about it.
If we cannot agree, Australian customers can take the matter to the ACCC or to their state or territory fair-trading office, free of charge. Nothing here requires you to give up that right or to go to arbitration first.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have jurisdiction.
That choice is in your favour, not ours: as a consumer you keep every right and every protection you have under Australian Consumer Law and under the law of the place where you live, and nothing in this clause can take those away or force you to litigate abroad.
12. The rest
If a court finds any clause here unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a term on one occasion does not mean we have given it up. These terms, plus the shipping, returns, privacy and cookie pages, are the whole agreement between us.
