Most orders arrive in about 5 business days. The 15 is the outside edge, there for the weeks when a courier runs into a delay — we would rather you knew the worst case than be surprised by it.

Times are counted from dispatch, not from the moment you order. Orders placed before 2 pm AEST on a business day leave the same day; anything after that goes out the next morning.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel is scanned you'll get an email with the tracking link. If 48 hours pass with no movement on the tracking, write to us and we'll chase the carrier for you.

Shipping Protection

The optional $4.95 add-on in the cart covers loss and transit damage: if the parcel goes missing or arrives broken, we reship immediately, no investigation on your side. Without it we still help, but the carrier's claim process applies first.

Wrong address?

Email us within 2 hours of ordering and we can still change it. After dispatch the address is locked by the carrier and the parcel has to complete its return journey before we can resend it.
