Things we will tell you straight

• We don't manufacture it. The kit is made by a specialist supplier and chosen by us. Pretending otherwise would be a lie you'd catch in five minutes.

• It doesn't work for every head of hair. Fine or shoulder-length hair holds a softer wave; very short hair barely takes. We say so on the product page instead of after you've paid.
